Order Processing & Production

All orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time (CT) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed same day but will likely be processed the next business day.

While we strive to meet our same-day shipping promise, processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high order volume.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@snapnetic.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
